No, I didn't blog very much from Portland. No biggie. I was, after all, on vacation. And I did write some posts in Blogjet that I might post belatedly. I made great progress on my main goal, which was to get this laptop software ready for the upcoming trip to DC. Still got a couple bugs to work out, but nothing major.
I'm typing whilst waiting at the head of the 'B' line to board my almost nine-hour flight to Chicago with stops along the way in Oakland, Ontario & Phoenix. Eh. And this after hanging out here in the Portland airport for five-plus hours hoping to get an more direct flight on standby. So it's gonna take me almost 15 hours to get from Portland to Chicago, then the 2.5 hour drive home.
Still, so long as the plane lands on safely, I'm not gonna get my shorts in wad. It's summer time, I've got a decent amount of charge left in my iPod and laptop, so I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy the trip as much as possible. The Portland airport has wicked good free wi-fi, so the last few hours have been reasonably enjoyable.
Peace out homies.
